Jeg er en norsk-autorisert klinisk psykolog med flere års erfaring innen psykiatri i Norge og Danmark. Jeg har erfaring med behandling av traumer, depresjon, avhengighet, skam og minoritetsstress.
Mine primære behandlingsmetoder inkluderer Prolonged Exposure (PE), LGBTQ+ affirmativ terapi, kognitiv atferdsterapi (KAT), metakognitiv terapi (MKT) og medfølelsesfokusert terapi (CFT).
Qualifications
Educational background
- Bachelor and Master in psychology (MsC) (Approved by NOKUT) at Aarhus University, BSS. Highest grade given for thesis about shame.
Experience
- 4 years of experience in assessment and treatment of a broad range of mental health issues, as well as LGBT+ affirmative therapy and trauma therapy (in Denmark and Norway) through work in specialized healthcare, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (BUP), and a research clinic in Denmark.

My area of expertise
I primarily specialize in working with trauma disorders and depression, with a passion for and expertise in helping with challenges related to queer identity.
I primarily offer therapy methods from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), LGBT+ affirmative Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Metacognitive Therapy (MKT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT).
